The Wile E Coyoties bowls team was the team to beat in the finals of the Business League held at Tzaneen Bowls Club on Thursday evening the 18th of November.

The Wile E Coyoties was the winners of the Business League. In front are Giovanni Katrukuzas and Alexander Morrison and behind are teammates Pieter Botha and Robert Morrison. Sarie Vermaak and Allie Morrison (Tzaneen Bowls Club) handed over the prizes.

The eventual winners competed against the side of CJBK in the crown finale. They made light work of their final contest to win Tzaneen Bowls Club’s Business League title for 2021.

The Wile E Coyoties players finished with 58 points at the top of log CJBK accumulated 51 points to take the second spot. The second place was not as secure as one might have thought if you look at the final points standings.

The HI-Q team was third, just a point behind team CJBK. The BCS foursome also finished on 50 points, but the HI-Q bowlers accumulated a better aggregate score to secure their third position. The team from Mr. Consulting 1 was fifth overall followed by Van Vuuren Attorneys.

Tzaneen Bowls Club will host more Business League events sometime next year. All 28 teams competed in the final round on Thursday evening and were treated to a tasty spit braai after the prize giving.

The club wished all their members and all the businesses who entered the Business League a safe and merry festive season and thanked them for their support.
